I ordered a zinger meal last night around 20:30 at the drive thru. Soon as I collected my order, I found the burger was cold like it was prepared hours ago and so was the chips.In all fairness Sarnia KFC, every meal is supposed to served fresh to your customers, it’s utterly disgusting to be having a meal that is cold. This is not the first time I have tolerated this from your branch.As for the public, please refrain yourselves from purchasing your meal here if you wish to buy fresh food. This whole KFC franchise has lost the plot.

Friendly and helpful staff. Chicken was tasty and cooked well. We dined in. Place was clean and comfortable and we were provided with disposable plates and cups (without asking). They had run out of ketchup sachets though so we had to make do without it.

Operating hours are until 22:00.Walked in at 21:15 and was refused service. Staff said it was too late to fill our order of a bucket as they were cooking for the morning.

The staff here are really efficient, kind and accommodating. We dined in and the place was extremely clean (including the loos) and had a lovely ambience overall. The food was especially delicious!

Purchased the dbl. Crunch burger and 2 dunked snack burgers. All the burgers were awful. Dry and tasteless. We did call to complain but we're met with a uninterested staff. So we won't be ever buying there again!!

Horrible. Chips were old and stale. Over cooked. Chicken was greasy. One piece of chicken out of the Streetwise 3 was what looked like a piece of left over that had been saved from the bin and recooked. So so disappointed.
