Extremely disappointing!! Went to Proof Bar a year ago, vibe was awesome coz the dj got the crowd amped. So no dj tonight! No vibe and obnoxious barmen!!!

A definite visit if you enjoy wine without having to travel far. Located in the heart of Somerset Winelands, you can enjoy a great selection of the local farms.There is plenty of parking but I would advise taking a taxi or Uber.They don’t do the food directly but outsource to a local pizzeria close by. Very good food.

This place has a upmarket metropolitan feel, with premium finishes. The bartenders are friendly; though my cocktails were not the best I've had, I do appreciate their effort and enthusiasm. The only downside is parking. There is limited parking in front, so one must park far away, which can be dodge, especially at night.So this definitely has a good vibe with excellent service - the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is due to its parking issue

We had a farewell for a friend in here. They don't charge to hire out the venue for a function. Cozy vibe, limited selection of things to buy (no food), but it makes up for that in friendly service and character.I later had my farewell here and really saw this place come alive. Organising things with the staff was easy and everyone had an awesome time! We played our own music, and the man in charge have me a drink on the house since I was leaving. The staff really felt like friends...amazing gem this.

Great cocktail bar with a small bar menu. Lovely sophisticated atmosphere and vibe. Friday and Sat nights there is a live DJ with fabulous music. X

3rd time visiting Proof Bar. Over this past weekend it was another memorable night to remember. Chilled vibe, friendly staff, great atmosphere and cool music. Take a few friends with for a truly memorable experience. Be sure to checkout their wine selection and great cocktails!
