Would not recommend. More a 2 star motel than a hotel.

Excellent place to stay really central. Staff are fantastic very attentive. Breakfast was very pleasant. The room was great the bed very comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Stayed here for two nights on honeymoon. Room was beautiful, staff were so helpful and breakfast was very nice. Very good location and parking on site. Right beside the pick up for the tram your. Highly recommend.

The hotel has an ideal location for going to restaurants or shops in the town centre in Franschhoek. There is also safe car parking. There is an information kiosk for the wine tram right in front of the hotel.The room was fine. There was a stove in the room, but it didn't give off much heat. There was load shedding while we were there and no back up power generator (though this is a general issue in alot of places in SA). The hotel itself is set at the back of a commercial centre and is fairly small.We were not very impressed with the service in the hotel, at check in or prior to travelling. The staff were not that helpful.Overall, the hotel is fine, but you wouldn't really want to spend any time in it and it is really only useful as a base to explore the town centre of Franschhoek.

Excellent location. Rooms comfortable, friendly service. Best attributes are location and variety of plugs in room for technological devices.

Only suitable for able bodied peoplelot of stairs. But accommodation first class really lovely hotel.

Beautiful small hotel in a great central Franschoek location. Check-in was fast and efficient and the staff were amazing. Always friendly and couldn’t do enough to help and answer any questions we had.The room was gorgeous with views of the mountains. It was super clean with a well stocked mini bar and comfy big bed.The log burner was ideal for the chilly winter nights and breakfast was always freshly cooked and delicious. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Stunning property with the best view of Franschoek. The team is very welcoming and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Will definitely be back!
