I called Cellucity Galleria because I could not get through to Pavillion branch. Call was answered by a very polite, helpful and knowledgeable employee, Avikar Harridaw. He was most efficient in providing me with the info I required. I was so impressed with his over the phone service that I chose to drive that distance and take my contract with him. He was most helpful and patient and so well clued up on helping me set up my new phone and watch. He followed through with a phone call next day to ensure all my stuff was working properly. A very well done to Avikar for being a sterling employee that oozes with customer service. You will reach great heights with such a lovely attitude towards customers. Thank you.

Lindin assisted me with my purchase today. After a rather not so interactive and disinterested enquiry at the vodacom shop in Galleria, I found myself at Cellucity. I was provided with a string of options from contract, to easy to own, to pay joy. The bottom line is I walked out connected and pretty impressed. Awesome service and heaps of patience! Would recommend them any day!
