The time spent on the queue is rediculously too much. It seams as though the management are asleep.The staff are lazing around, struggling to buy at the till. The staff are forever on lunch buying and struggling with customers at the bakery every hour of the day.

Never had a lovely experience most of the time I visit the store.-Long queues-They’re sooo Rude-Nobody to assist you pack the groceries after paying... the list goes on, bad Customer Service y’all.

Very poor ,rude cashier,staff working on the complex they Quee like any other customers ,launch is 1 hour out of 20 tills half is working and 1 line there is more than 10 people

Worst service ever, this time i quered for almost 3hours, they don’t even know how to sort out their roster /shift they took around 45 min to come and relieve one lady.... that time we just waiting no movement, they need to up their game
