Can someone there advice me what's the turn around time if you order material and full paid to deliver. Because we waited and still waiting for the passed 3 days ... Since Wednesday all we got is half of the product we paid for on Friday yesterday. Material for 200 square meter ?

I'll give them a 1.5 for the price. They underestimated/ under-quoted everything for my recent project by a huge margin. I spent additional +- R6000.00 to their quote. If you want quality slab, you'll have to buy extra material (rebars and reinforcement) on your own because they are bad at estimation. so i wouldn't recommend them at all. Moreover, their customer service is poor; i dealt with a guy called Clinton, am not impressed with his response time, I should have read the signs earlier before making the transaction. He sent me a very poor invoice that doesn't show the cost break down of each item; He's been ignoring my request for a proper invoice, three times i asked him to sent me a proper invoice. I don't recommend Rhino slabs. I'm being taken for a ride and a fool. Overall, I've had bad service from Rhino don't waste your time with them, am still waiting for a certificate of compliance from them, it's been two days he promised to email the certificate.

They have very strong material for slab, and variety types of slab and staircases, even though they are bit costly compared to other supplies in town

Purchased first floorslab from Rhino. Product is good quality (although some blocks were delivered to me broken already) and reasonably priced but the service is terrible. Doesnt stick to delivery timeframes, no communication. I had to call almost daily in order to get my delivery.

Affordable slab material and great assistance from the quotation to sending an engineer on site for inspection to the final product. I'll recommend them any day

Rhino Slabs have good products and even beter prices. If you're thinking of Rhino's and their strength then this products is for you. Go to their website and fix your eyes on some nice products to extend your home with. The cherry on top is the custom made staircases fit for a castle. They have friendly staff working there. Sales and some managers are very helpfull and precise in their work. Rhino's is the place for you. Even when you think you're out of space why not go dubble thy can also assist in that department.
