Sawasdee Thai Massage Spa

I had a great experience, it was my first time getting a thai massage, I will definitely go again.

Admin is a nightmare. It’s as if there’s a disconnect between the person responsible for bookings and the receptionist. Every time I go there it’s as if they didn’t know that there was a booking. No preparations made for my booking, resulting in treatment being delayed. Also, I booked for a special they were running and when I got to the spa I was charged more than the indicated price. When I told them that it’s not the price that was given by the bookings person, I was still charged a higher amount. I complained about it and I was told they’d get back to me. To date, I’m still waiting for feedback. No updates, nothing. No refund of the extra money they took from me. So unprofessional. Also, the special always indicate that there’s some drink and/ or muffin that comes with their treatment. I’ve never received any of that. I’ve been there a few times thinking it’s just minor errors, but it’s become quite evident that the place is just a mess, with people who have zero integrity.

Both the Montana branch and Waterkloof branch offer excellent services. Professional and owner managed with a friendly welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely Fabulous! Booking was easy, facilities are nice and the massages were excellent. I will certainly call again!

I would give close to nothing if it was possible. those ladies there are full of stinking attitude. the room they first put us in had no hangers for clothes or anything to put staff in. on request, those gals said something in their language(sarcasm) then projected even more attitude. we were then moved into a room with 3beds. also smelling somehow.We have booked for aroma therapy but not even a good smell there. oil they were using was just oil. no scent nothing. the ladies who were massaging us did not speak to us beside saying turn. it was awkward. was like we were not welcomed.horrible horrible

Thumbs up to Loy & Ivy. They are the best therapists ever. Their place is clean, quiet and tranquil. They gave us a thorough & professional service. We went in there tired and came out relaxed. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend going to Sawasdee. From calling in to enquire to being received and the actual treatment was nothing short of first class. I will certainly return.
