Steve and his guys are clever and kind.They are exceptionally hard-working.

I needed some leaking pipes and a pool pump timer fixed.The first day they fixed the leaking pipes but due to the rerouting of the pipes I was not able to get the leaf basked out of the pool pump.The next day they came back to reroute the pipes and then fit the timer.After the job was completed, I asked if all was ok they said it was but could only tests later when the glue for the pipes had dried.Later that day I tested it and the pump would not turn on regardless of the setting on the timer, I asked them to come back and fix as the timer was not working, the response was that it would cost me another 2K.Subsequently I have tried every setting on the timer with no luck.I would not recommend as their work is sub par and their attitude to paying customers is pretty poor.

Thulani and his team are very rofessional team ery efficient with their work. I have engaged different teams to work on my pool and only Thulani figured out what really needed to be done. I am. Very happy with my pool and would recommend them any day

Simunye Pools' entire crew is incredibly professional! There is no work too minor for them. We started using them only for weekly pool maintenance. After 10 years of having an inherited pool with no issues, we needed to make big changes to our pool, such as changing the color from grey to sky blue, tiles, leaking pool, digging of new pipes, and repositioning the pump. The owner, Steven Thulane Khupe, delivered exactly on the quotation given—not a rand or cent extra. They waited until the project was completely finished before asking for full payment. Khupe and his team came to our house every day to check on the development of the entire pool project. They understood just when to apply chemicals, when to introduce creepy crawlies, and how to work with Johannesburg's never-ending rain. They are now continuing with the 'new' pool maintenance and there is not a single issue. I HIGHLY recommend this team! Pictures are lovely, but they do not do justice.By the way, at the time we were considering the huge pool job, 2 different contractors who came to quote were either expensive and unclear in what needed to be done or just never followed through.Thanks you Simunye team. I have never had such a bad and expensive service. Steven is the rudest service provider I have ever met. He does shaddy jobs, moving material friom one client to the other. He does not supervise his team. He starts working at anytime he feels like. He has no respect for hos clients. No customer care whatsoever. He makes one feels like piece of nothing. I will never recommend him to anyone. Take himat your own peril. I am left with a skewed new swimming pool

I received shocking service from Thulane and his team when fixing my swimming pool and water fountain. The quality of the work was sub-par, and I had to get a different service provider to fix some of the shoddiness. Further, when questioned about the quality of the work done, Thulane got combative and defensive (to the point that voices were raised). I would not engage the services of this service provider in the future.12 months after you painted my pool, the paint is peeling off!

Steve came out on a Sunday, checked everything, sorted the pump, installed a new light, sorted out the pump timer, brilliant service. Keeping his number for future reference. Good service us hard to find, Steve you are brilliant. Thanks so much for everything.....

Assisted us quickly when our pool pump didng work. Showed up withi. 2 hours of contacting them. Great and efficient. Def recommend.

Worked well and efficiently made sure we were happy

I requested a pool cleaning. After STEVEN spent only 4 hours he charged me an EXORBITANT R4200! My pool pump is NOT WORKING ANYMORE and my pool is filthy! He has DAMAGED a perfectly working system and is now threatening me because I refuse to pay. He never gave me any terms and conditions, no paper work, and only sent an invoice" after I had requested it because I refused to pay cash. Now I need to get PROFESSIONAL POOL CONSULTANTS in to FIX what was DAMAGED!!! I am absolutely disgusted."
