42 years old, never really stretched in my life and have been suffering with really tight hamstrings. After an hour long session I was able to touch my toes - something I never thought would be possible. Really recommend Jamie to anybody.

If you have muscle pain or general aches then Jamie is an absolute legend. Had neck pain for years from a old sporting injury which is now completely gone. Worth every dollar and its something I had accepted as the normal in terms of living with the discomfort - will never make that mistake again!!!!!
