Was seen by Dr. Patrick Gardner for a chiropractic session. My main concern was my lower back, which was ignored. Two needles for 2 min in my upper back whilst rubbing my neck a bit. Then he quickly referred me to Emma that does the laser. He offered no further sessions with him even when I asked for it. During my second laser session Emma asked me about my session with Dr Gardner and I told her honestly what happened. She said she would discuss it with him and let me know. Two days later I was asked about the session again by reception when I cancelled my other laser sessions as I now have to find time to see another chiropractor. The receptionist told me that she would sort it out and speak to Emma and Dr Gardner and let me know immediately. Then nothing. Unprofessional and I didn't even get adjusted once. Unfortunately a complete waste of my precious holiday time.

Highly, highly recommend this practice! I have CMT, a degenerative neuropathy diagnosed 25 years ago that I was told has no treatment. It results in loss of muscle in limb extremities. Patrick and Emma to the rescue with their Bioflex laser treatment! Regular laser treatment has visibly improved my circulation, the strength in my ankle, and has not just stopped, but is reversing the degeneration. Emma is a darling and Patrick is very knowledgeable. I just wish that I'd known about this 25 years ago!

I have been treated by Patric several times for excruciating back pain & he has helped me enormously. I am so grateful to him & the professional, friendly staff at the Cape Health Centre. Highly recommended!!
