Clicks Pharmacy Paddocks

Yeah it's a clicks and stocks what they all do. The brand itself is always good and we love clicks stores. This one has a rather mixed feeling brewing for me because some of the staff are great and helpful while others are just there it seems. Not busy and it takes forever to go through the checkout process (only 3 customers). The manager seems to try to get staff to their points but perhaps they are still new or need some training. The security lady was super helpful and has such a fun personality and vibe.

Unfortunately the closest dispensary to my house. The person serving me just took 20 minutes to put my kids’ medicine together. There is always a long wait here, and they seem to have some crazy system where self-medications gets served before prescriptions. Staff is really not very friendly. I get angry every single time I come here!!

Not the best Clicks I've come across - especially on the pharmacy side. Actually pretty mediocre and they usually don't have what I need, BUT the staff do their best to cope well with corporate putting in minimal effort. It's not easy getting exploited by a big conglomerate like this... Dischem on the other hand seems to treat their staff better, or maybe I'm just delusional?

They falsely charged me R170 for for a product which was R120. I checked the receipt too late. Scammers

Clicks @ The Paddocks.....16:42:18, 30DEC2022, I bought RIM LFIN LIPS 750 CR for R139.95, to my suprise when I want to check if it complements my skin as I couldn't @ the store Clarece told me there's no tester for it, guess what there was not even a tiny winy bit of lipstick

Four years later nothing has changed! Want to see life in slow motion?? Come to Clicks Paddocks. You lucky if there is one pharmacist on duty ! You double luckly if he is not just having fat conversation instead of doing something!!!The slowest Clicks in existence !! Four pharmacist behind tills. But two of them refuses to help people they ''entering stock / prescriptions for people thats not even there.... Wish there was an alternative near paddocks ! Every month same story !!! I hate going there to fetch my chronic medicine every month."

Understaffed pharmacy. My 82 y/o mom was simply told to take a ticket and stand at the back of a a very long line. She had to leave without her meds.

Terrible unprofessional service from the nurse there today.Bad attitude and very unfriendly, i took my child there as he had an ear infection and i asked her just to have a look to see if I needed to see a doctor. She said she is not comfortable doing it and that I have to go. I have a business and know how attitudes like this, turns people away from the brand. Please look into this . it is very sad to see how some people take every opportunity not to do their work.

I am so tired of Clicks Paddocks. I would rather drive an extra ten minutes to another pharmacy just to not experience so much frustration. Their average wait time is 40 minutes, this is due to the pharmacist being SO SLOW. Eventually, when it’s your turn, they either cannot find your script on your profile or claim that the repeat script of 6 months is over in 4 months. So counting isn’t one of their strong points. There is always a levy I need to pay when everything should have been put through to Discovery. I have never experienced this problem when using another pharmacy. It’s just sad that it’s the closest to me. The pharmacist displays terrible customer service as if they are trainees, however, this isn’t something that needs to be taught. They certainly do not ensure that a customer’s needs are met and this reflects negatively on the entire store. Management plays a huge role in this which I honestly feel they show no interest as well.

The pharmacy is the most unprofessional I have ever come across: the staff just don’t care and customer service is appalling. I have just witnessed the pharmacist making it the customers problem that they don’t have his medication. And the queue just gets longer and longer and longer. Terrible. You wait on average 30mins even if there are 3 people in the queue
