Terrible experience! I ordered 16 balloons for a birthday and not only was I left waiting in a dodgy place for 45 minutes to collect (there is no shop or formal office or anything), but they arrived with one balloon less and the helium faded over night even though I had paid extra for the special gel to prevent that. I messaged to complain and never got refunded for my missing balloon or the gel that didn’t work. Would not recommend!!!!
