We had a very pleasent stay.The food at the restaurant and hotel was amazing. Our Villa was splendid and the location is great as you can walk the little streets of Franschhoek. We had a awesome experience and the staff is so friendly.

Been Portuguese and in the retail and service industry sometimes is daunting to relax and be served upon. My hat goes off to each and every staff member on duty, Christmas eve, Christmas day, you guys made it to mark the word EXCELLENCE. I salute you all. Highly recommend this stay and facilities. Absolutely wonderful and perfectly located station for to move about the beautiful town of Franschoek. I can easily say that this place is a must visit for any tourist domestic or internasional. You will not regret your stay. Wonderful sunny rooms with beautiful balconies welcomes you to sunny South Africa. Vineyards and mountains views all around. Beautiful, beautiful property. We loved our villa...the architecture, the layout, heated floor, large slipper bath and the location is perfect. We had several delightful dinners in the adjacent Monneaux Restaurant...ooh la la..c'est si bon !The breakfast spreads were so fresh and full of variety. The multiple fresh juices every morning reflect the quality of this experience. The great team of people enjoy their jobs...and it shows !A real gem in this great Town.

Over the last 10 years we have been back to this property many times. Staff that makes us feel like family! We have trips with the kids and sometimes alone for work. Fantastic business center with fast internet. The gardens i can get lost in every time. Stunning mountain views all round. This is our hidden gem 30 minutes away from home.

We went to celebrate my wife's special birthday. We were treated beautifully by all the staff who were all friendly and gracious. The food is excellent. One of the best breakfast's I have had (I am vegetarian). We were upgraded to a luxurious room.Shuttle service available all the time for all local destinations (return) free of charge.Well worth it I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
