I ordered a brekkie wrap combo and I received my order twice without chicken on the wrap. Just asked for my money back because they couldn't even get a simple order right. Pathetic service

I ordered 21 piece bucket with 5 large chips. Paid R415 and I got 13 pieces of chicken and the large chips was half full and had no seasoning on. When I got home I tried phoning and they just didn't answer.Worst experience at a KFC I've ever had. I love KFC and didn't expect to be disappointed like this.

Placed order at the drive thru and when got to the payment section then only was told there is no chicken. How frustrating as one cannot get out of the drive thru with vehicles behind you as well as infront of you.

KFC car Nooiensfontein And van Riebeeck Road Kuils River.I generally never have complaints about this branch but as I was in a rush this morning I wanted to grab a quick breakfast at KFC. When I got there, they had put out two crates to block the drive thru. As it was loadshedding this branch does not operate. I seriously cannot understand why they cannot get a generator after suffering load-shedding for years already. They would rather pay the staff to do nothing for the 2,5 hours and sometimes even 4 hours at a time. This makes no sense at all. I had to reverse out of the drive thru and decided to go to McDonald’s who at least has a generator ☺️
