Honestly I was very disappointed had fried calamari and chips and when I saw the calamari i just sighed. New it was going ng to be rubbery. Sorry you have to be above standard. And you are far from that the sauces like mustard etc really even the tartare sauce it is really cheap stuff.

Personel were friendly but that is where it stopped! The food was below standard, the hamburger bun was at least 2 days old the chips was oily i suspect the oil is not fresh and clean! We orderd Saucy burgers with a choice of sauces. When the bill came they billed us for the sauce and when we complained about it and asked about that the reply was that the sauce is extra. They did remove it from the bill but claimed that the waiter will pay it! Totally unprofessional they wont see us again! Be warned check your bil at Die Kantoor!

The kantoor is a nice place to be and is having a nice vibe but the problem is the waiters are demanding tips and as far as i understand tips are not law and can only be given if the service is good and also its not professional to approach a customer about tips or to just to take the change and never return to the table without giving the customer the change back if this is by law please do share the clauses that states a tip is law. A waitor approach me on wensday 24/05/2023 and said to me that if we dont tip them we will not be service.

Great vibe, decent prices. Great waiter called Nash! Goes out of his way to keep his customers happy.Only reason I'm only giving 4 start, not a lot of beer on tap options.
