Surprised by the lovely garden and green lawn. The gardener so passionate and it seems to be one of tge best managed camps in the park. The view from the deck is always stunning

This was our first visit to Olifants. Beautiful river views from restaurant deck and the food was amazing. Due to late booking the river view chalets were fully booked so book early for those. Great shop and enjoyed my swim in their pool.

Only ate ate the restaurant, which in my view has the best view in the park. The service was friendly and efficient, and the shop at the camp was well stocked with the basics. Certainly worth a drive from Letaba out of the Mopani tree area to view game on the river and then to finish off with a lunch at Olpihants

The rooms are old and cramped. Because of the bush feel, didn't mind to much. Restaurant Service was friendly but very slow. The main building smelt very strongly of some sort of urine, maybe bats or bushbabies. Not to sure. View was spectacular. Kruger National Park is an amazing place

Rooms need better upkeep. Stove& light didn't work properly, room was dirty as well as fridge had other peoples food still in it. Apart from that they did send the maintenance guys over quickly and the outdoors are great

This time it was the second village of our trip to the Kruger. We love this village. It was the love at first sight a few years ago. Located on the Kruger approximately in the middle of the park. From this point it is good to start the journey to the north of Kruger Park. The north is mostly known for its flora, but not its fauna. So this is where the flora lovers come here. There are few people in the villages as a rule and the camps are not very busy, but it has its own charm. So with Olifants camp you can explore the north. And now to the Olifants camp. Lovely restaurant with great views of Olifant River. You won't find another view like this from a restaurant anywhere in Kruger Park! Excellent service, super store with everything you need for independent living. Here on the river you will see elephants on the other side of the river or hippos. But the view of the river is amazing, you will remember it for a lifetime, that's for sure! Now to my favorite houses. We lived in two houses, in 13 at a price higher and 1 at a price a little lower, both have their charm. Try to take the number 11, 12 or 13 at first, and houses with numbers 1-6 for the second.

The assistance we received in the camp was not great. There was a lot of attitude given towards us when asking questions or requesting things for the unit. The unit we stayed in was the Lebombo guest house and unfortunately it has not been well maintained. The geyser in the kitchen has a leak that drips on the kitchen floor and the sliding doors don't work very well. The location is good, but the rooms and service received detract from the experience.

We only stopped over for a quick lunch break on our way through. Had lovely time in the shade at the picnic benches.Cannot comment on the accommodation, but the shop was well stocked, although some items are (in my opinion) more priced for the overseas market. Staff was friendly and assisted well.Camp was quiet and tranquil. Lovely views over the river and surrounding bushes. Well worth a stop and leg-stretch or a longer stay! Will definitely visit in the future again.

Lovely camp, amazing views. I would recommend asking for a unit on the perimeter with a view.We did the Bush braai, had a fantastic experience and delicious meal. Our guide Abel was very knowledgeable.
