Morgan Bay Caravan Park
Spent 2 weeks there Dec21. It rained a lot. We struggled with their tumble dryer and wash machine not being fully operational especially with the rain. But we loved it! Really is a great spot. Unless you struggle with loud noise...the park has a water sewerage pump filtration system of sorts which the more it rains, the more it is on. But I would love to go back nevertheless.

What a comfortable camping experience. Apart from the stray dog, this is definitely on my list of favourite camping destinations. We never even had to use our portable toilet. Everything is well maintained and the ablutions are sparkling clean. Showers, toilets, wheelchair friendly, aswell as a small bath for the kids . This is definitely comfort camping for the whole family.

Very nice stands on grass. Ablution 5 star. Only a pity about the generator making a noise all day through. Very nice beach across the river which you can pass through.

Beautiful, well-maintained campsite next to the lagoon. The bathroom was recently redone, but the small bath had no tap. The staff can also do with training. Not a single one greeted us when we walked past them, even though we greeted them every time. When we arrived the bin was full at our site, we reported it, but three days later the bin was still full. We had to take a bin from another site. Of the six places we stayed during our holiday, this was the only place that we had to pay for a 3-year-old. There is Wi-Fi, but you must pay R30 for only 12 hours for one person.

Scenery beautiful. Ablution nicely done. Security BIG concern. None after 5 in the morning. No access controle. Gate always open. We are now also part of the statistics. No lights at night or in ablution during loadshedding. Sewerage overflow into lagoon when it rain. Stray dogs are heartbreaking. All the above were reported to the office. On our early departure no action was taken. A resort with lots op potential.

So close to the beach, you can hear the waves. I loved how the homey the park feels, and I can't wait to go back.There is a laundry on site, which takes 5 new R5 coins (as of Sept 2020).

Second stay at this campsite. Beautiful location - bit crowded during peak season. Ask for site 33 if you want more privacy. Lovely walks along the beach towards Kei Mouth and Lighthouse, attentive staff and the benefit of the hotel restaurant - any reason to come back again

Very nice camping site. Few stands overlooking the lagoon and sea. Very neat stands. The ablusion is very clean with enough showers and a bath for small children. There is a washing mashien. We had a very good stay.

Small, clean and quiet caravan park. Ablution facilities look brand new as at March 2022. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
