Your driver once again failed to deliver today despite a special arrangement made telephonically yesterday.A lady in your operations Dept escalated my query yesterday and I was told deliveryWould take place this after ok between 2 and 5pm. She sent a screenshot of my house from Google maps to help the driver to find us. In my happy about the service because there was none.I believe you have a number of contacts with the government and this type of service reflects badly. I will be taking this further as I cancelled appointments to be home for the delivery and can't do that tomorrow or Friday. The package contains my vehicle license which is important to me. It’s now Saturday and I’m sitting at home specially for this delivery which I was once again promised would be delivered today.Thanks Noël le RouxWaybill no relating to above complaint080052775461

Only 1 of 2 parcels delivered. Phoned CPT branch on Monday and they confirmed parcel is still at base. Did not deliver on the day, phoned the next day - no answer. Phoned JHB branch. They are also unable to get hold of CPT branch. They will send email. 2 days later still NO confirmation of when package will be delivered and no one is answering the phone. Truly disappointed in the service received.

This will be the 3rd time i've had to end up picking up my package myself at the depo. I do not think its the drivers that are a problem, It management and the system they are using. Sad part is, i would never choose skynet myself, it an unfortunate situation where the seller chooses them.

Wow what disgusting service . Been waiting since the 10th January for my delivery(Car licenses). Tracking says that my documents have been in your warehouse since the 13th January. I have tried to email , Whatsapp and phone but to no avail. Are you still in business ? Disgusting .!!!!EDIT : Well decided to go to collect from their warehouse. Waited 35 minutes for them to get the document from the warehouse to reception. Hang your heads in shame Skynet because you have very bad service .

Shocking experience.I used SkyNet to have a legal document couriered to me.Although I was informed I would need proof of ID to accept my delivery, the courier left the package in the gate of my apartment complex, available for anyone to steal should they wish.I received no notification that my delivery had arrived.The call center left me on hold for 7 minutes before hanging up on me when I queried when I could expect my delivery.My delivery which would take up to 3 working days" took a week to arrive.I will not be making use of this service again."

WORSE delivery company ever. They have had my parcel since 3 May 2023, every time I track the parcel they say they have sent an SMS/Email yet nothing has been received, I call to ensure my details are correct on the 5th and 8th May , all correct but and address reconfirmed after they advised it was incorrect. Every time i call, 1 person says address is wrong, another says they dont know what is going on. they put your call on hold, then cut the call, when you call back no one answers, your phone rings for minutes on end, when call recording stops, the call cuts too, Yet VOX is charging me for the item they posted, but I have not yet received the item. WORSE WORSE WORSE EVER

Worst service! Delays started when my order arrived in JHB from London, I had sent multiple emails to Daleen Sithole who didn’t respond and the manager took over after I cc’d her in my last email.My order arrived in Cape Town there were no notifications of when it would be delivered so I can make arrangements, I called Cape Town today and was advised my order is on its way it was packed this morning and will arrive today so I stayed at home the whole day today but no one came. Just got of the phone with the contact centre as I couldn’t get through to Cape Town branch and I have been advised that my order is in a branch almost 2 hrs away from me because they got the address wrong which is correctly written and specified on the order. When I asked to speak to a manager the agent who was assisting me Zinzile just dropped the line.To say the service is terrible is an understatement!

The Government uses them for delivery of car licenses renewed on line.I have had a bad experience. I received a tracking number and it showed the parcel was dispatched for delivery on a particular date.I was home all day on that day and even told other members of my household to look out for the delivery. At 19h52 that evening the tracking status said that the delivery was not possible because I was not home.I phoned them and queried , to which they apologized and promised to deliver the same day and it did not happen.

If I could give SkyNet NEGATIVE 10 out 5, I would. The WORST service I have ever received from a courier company. I ordered 3 items on 8 January 2023 from Incredible Connections (who unfortunately use SkyNet) - Today is 30 Jan 2023 and I STILL have not received them!! Its been more than 3 weeks! Tried contacting them and got no response. My items are still at the warehouse according to the tracking system. Do not use SkyNet if you actually want to receive your order.

By far the worst courier company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Just by the looks of other reviews posted here it's clear to see that this is a company to stay far far away from. ALL your reviews is 1 star. That says it all. I've placed an order on the 13th of Feb. I received an SMS on Wednesday the 15th that my parcel will be delivered the same day between 8 and 5. Wednesday came and went with no delivery. I've called, emailed, all to no avail. We are now on the 20th of Feb and I still have not received my parcel. I am beyond disgusting by this company. Please do everyone a favor and close your doors. If I could give you 0 stars I would.
