Very clean and nice mall, but they must put more directions

Disappointing in my favorite shop. Two months for a small order. I regularly went and asked for the status on the item.... Yesterday's attitude was come back next year and lets try again to order it. I have since got it somewhere else, but a matter of principle I was still going to buy it from them as well.

I went to purchase a tent... got a discount on the 2man kway nerolite.. ended up being too small for my purpose, they exchanged it for me for the 3man ... legends .. thanks James and staff

Good service and they had the wide brim hat we were looking for.

Also not really my type of shop.

It is a small shop but we get everything we need this side.

Super disappointed in this store. This is the second time that I had to send something back, and each time the customer service disappointed me even more. Had to wait 2 months for my package. I had to come in to the store all the way from Mtunzini and pay my package (no EFT). Then I had to keep on asking them when it is arriving. Each time they said they will let me know, which of course they did not - I had to ask AGAIN. Then when I came in to collect, they wanted me to pay AGAIN for the product. When I showed them their print out that they gave me, he said that I had probably EFT it, and I said no, I had to drive in and pay it in-store as they requested it. Then eventually they sorted it out after helping other customers while “assisting” me in between which made me very very angry... also, every time I was there, there were different issues and I had to wait at least 30 minutes. Really disappointed in them and in the company of the package.
