The lady behind the desk was busy with a private phone call whilst busy helping me and got extremely rude everytime I tried to ask a question because how dare I interrupt her. The most pathetic service I have ever experienced, Just a tip - make sure that your staff are trained with regards to company policies and procedures, apparently none of them can agree on the process to follow when requesting to move an account, and nothing can be done online. It is 2022, get with the times

The staff has bad attitude, went there for an ESim they couldn’t send the QR code to my email I was told to come back and start the process again. Bad service I will never set my foot there ever again

I've been trying to upgrade my phone for a week now and their systems has been offline due to damages while building in the mall. Their systems has been offline for a week now and it doesn't seem like they have done anything about it. A week later and still no back up plan for your clients!! Ridiculous!

STAY AWAY FROM MTN!They will blacklist you even if you pay every single bill. They will also not communicate at all if they are planning to blacklist you!

Very pleasant, effective, efficient and well mannered attendants. The attendants knowledge about their products were remarkable and they were very helpful. Made my Sunday with their positive attitude.
