Very Nice premises.Helpful & efficient staff.SAM great at liaising with Clients.Unfortunately Prices are being very heavily inflated.Owner Carlos refused to speak with me regarding the quote.In person he was hiding upstairs untill he ran into me by accident. A Very bad attitude as he refused to discuss any of my queries with me. Not a pleasant altercation experience for any CLIENT to have.Carlos W Power quote was R2500 more expensive than BMW themselves.Quote 3hrs more on a repair than the dealers and R510 per hour.No pricing was discussed or confirmed.Terrible Customer Service From the Owner Carlos himself.Rude, evasive, short tempered, and not interested in his Clients.

Had my BMW at multiple other mechanics which never really resolved my issues but costed me a fortune. Carlos W Power resolved my turbo issues (without replacing the turbo) smoking issues and got my car driving like it was new. Will be using them from now on.

Since 2016 taking my car for service or rather repairs at Carlos W Power, every time it's always exceptional quality service from either reception, service agent or mechanics. A place with awesome full service experience. Jeanine the service adv had a very prompt service, she was so helpful and advise me on each detail to be performed on my vehicle. Prices are however too expensive and I could have taken my vehicle to BMW

Great Service and all round Friendliness from the Staff. Had great communication while the car was being worked on. The cleanest workshop i have ever taken my vehicles to. Great knowledge on all cars, Sorted my Alfa effortlessly. Would Highly recommend this workshop to anyone.

My Experience was bad customer service.

The poorest service i have ever experienced in my life. After arranging for the specific work to be done on warranty and promises to have my car ready in 2-3 hours and not having to pay due to warranty, it took more than 7 hours and had to pay for all warranty parts and labour". Reason being that i topped up the cooling system with normal water and not coolant and therefore rust was the cause of the problem. In all the time i had to ask what is happening as nobody attended to my car for hours.Surely will not ever bring my car here again. The reason for return is because they did not do proper job last time."
