Self and More Coaching

I'm deeply nourished by the work I've done over the past few months with Marlene at Self and More Coaching. I went in to this wishing to healing from some lingering old trauma and came out with an energised sense of self and purpose. Marlene adapted and customised each session to my evolving needs with her unique blend of skills and knowledge. The results of the work we did together are having a profound life-enhancing effect in ALL areas of my life and not just the one I hoped to heal. Very, very grateful! Thank you.

Marléne has a way of helping people get to the root cause of what is really holding them back. She is easy to talk to and really helped me release things that were holding me back. As a coach myself, I have been coached by many people and believe Marléne is an amazing coach! If you are looking for a coach I would highly recommend her!

Marléne and I met when I started Pilates classes with her in 2015. Through the years, I have been introduced to all the different services she offers. Marléne's demeanour projects calmness and acceptance in a caring way, and she is there for you and have no interest in judging an individual. One of the qualities that I respect most about Marléne is that she knows when to nurture and when to give tough love. Marléne asks insightful questions and fully listens to an individual's issues and answers, gently guiding you to solutions. I can recommend Marléne to anybody looking for support or guidance, and she has the skill and expertise to truly transform anybody who is willing to change.

I had a few wonderful sessions with Marléne. During our most recent session we went on a deep journey of discovery of one of my life patterns. Marlene is a very caring Practitioner using multiple modalities, which makes a big difference to the outcome. Highly recommended.

I went to Marlene to assist me in reshaping my way forward at a point in time where my thinking was scattered and my confidence was lacking - I was dealing with major life transitions such as a scary health issue, my husband’s early retirement, selling our home in Cape Town after 21 years, relocating to Langebaan, and my work-life which practically came to a standstill. Marlene skillfully facilitated me on my journey of self-discovery and -learning to a place where I feel connected, focused, excited, open and confident to explore new work opportunities. Her calm, professional, caring and mindful approach creates a safe space to be vulnerable, to learn, to grow and to re-discover one's self and more.

Over the years I have had many sessions with Marléne. She is intuitive, professional and caring.She has a gentle approach and has always made me feel comfortable. Recently she guided me deep within myself and brought out things from my past to help me shift patterns of today that were no longer serving me. I am constantly amazed at the wealth of knowledge she has about almost everything.

Had a lovely soul plan session, it was like it was the I needed to get rid of redundant childhood trauma and limiting beliefs... i have forgotten alot of went down in childhood and was surprised at how accurate the reading was.... feels good to let go at last and move on upwards, thanks for the love and care Marlene

I found Marlene to be very knowledgeable and professional. What I especially enjoyed during our sessions is that Marléne always made me feel comfortable, shows patience and explains her methods and why she feels certain procedures would work better than others, no one size fits all as we are all unique and so are our requirements. My only regret is that I wish I had made contact earlier as I could then have implemented these amazing techniques sooner. I would highly recommend Marléne and can guarantee you that you won't be disappointed.

Life AlignmentThe other day I had a Life Alignment with Marlene. “Choose a purpose for this life alignment.” She asked me. She has this wonderful way to create a safe space and this really helped me feel able to allow her to help me. She put me fully at ease and as we worked through questions, a series of emotions, feelings, insightful answers and ah-ha moments appeared.It was a wonderful experience and I feel more aligned, far more positive and far more connected to myself as was purpose for this session.Thank you so much Marlene
