The customer waiting area is not good at all. After arriving at 7am, the coffee is served to the stuff which is great. but atleast make sure the customer self service machine is working also. especially now in winter. very disappointing from such a big corporate. up till 8am still no coffee

Michael Maynier was absolutely amazing! We bought a Fortuner in 2022 and from the first moment we made contact with him, there was never a delay in communication, he updated us daily, he resolved issues without any complaints and was eager to help wherever he could. He sent the vehicle down to Cape Town and even his after sales customer service was incredible! I would highly recommend Michael as a go to person at NTT Louis Trichardt!!!

Wanted to get a trade in validation done on my vehicle do start the process of trading in my vehicle. An hour later still did have n price in my vehicle. With poor service like that, no wonder we buy cars sold 12000 vehicles and they are growing. Had no problem with the sales executive wanted to put my vehicle on the lift, but make sure that the service department can assist.
