Deal Alliance Aviation Training
Ive recently attended the SMS refresher course with Deal Alliance and had a very positive and constructive session with a practical application approach with trainer Debbie. Her style of teaching is very good and passion for the subject is well demonstrated and I personally learned alot..not just theoretical. The topics are relevant and encourages and promotes positive interaction. I highly recommend Deal Alliance for her SMS course and will most definately be returning for recurrent training again in the future.

Overall I thought the course was comprehensive and very helpful. Deborah uses examples that you can apply to your specific aviation company and that makes the SMS course very interesting. I have done my CRM with Debby quite a few times, and each time I found the experience interesting, and insightful. She, or who ever is teaching the class is always happy to present the class, and take an interest in their students, and the students in her class.Every time I feel like I have learned something useful to try better myself for a very complicated career path.

Debra aka Debbie. What an awesome instructor she is! I had the privilege to meet Debbie at my work place, South African Red Cross Air Mercy Service, where she presented a five day course on SMS (Safety Management Systems). From the first day, she put the class at ease, with a professional, yet easy approach, sharing her knowledge and experience in aviation and safety. I would highly recommend this course to anyone keen on learning more about aviation, and those interested in safety, to do their training with Deal Alliance.
