Its really a pleasure to rate Absolute Doors as they have an amazing team from the front office right through to the support team. Nicole was my first point of contact as i was having issues with my garage remotes. She without hesitation wanted to try to assist me first before sending a team out. Unfortunately we needed an assessment to be done and the same day Themba and Thabiso came out and spent some time even though it was way out of their office time.I really want to thank all involved even though it was not a big problem to solve as it shows the dedication and commitment of the team no matter the level of effort involved.Thanks everyone!!!

I needed a major service, and a garage motor replacement. Called based on a happy client's reference. I received excellent service upfront from Derek the sales agent, very responsive and friendly. I was called by the service team (Vusi) early the next day, and we made an appointment. Vusi arrived on-time, friendly and professional, did a thorough inspection, replaced the motor and extrusion and refitted the springs all in a few hours (it was a challenging job). He worked efficiently, had all the tools and spares on-hand, and went the extra mile to move a light fitting that was in the way. I would certainly recommend Absolute Doors and commend Derek and Vusi for their professional service.
