Marcel's Frozen Yoghurt

After a wonderful day outdoors with my wife. And a very slow drive to the Waterfront from Hout Bay. The Marcel's Ice Cream was what we needed to end off our day. The queue wasn't too long and the service was very pleasant with the friendly attendant who assisted me. Thank you for the great service and product.

Disappointed at Waterfront Marcel's...unfriendly;impatient staff not able to explain the menu.

This Marcel’s is actually located at the popular Mojo Market in Sea Point. I have just added the branch to Google Maps so hopefully it will show soon on the map. The frozen yoghurt is delicious. Marcel’s has been around for a long time and it is because of the great quality delicious yoghurt. There is a choice of toppings however it is quite expensive at R9 per topping. It was excellent.

Best frozen yogurt out there. Natural and and not artificial at all! I wish there where more of these spots around Cape Town!

Waited in line for quite some time just to get in front to find out that they do not have a small cup in stock. No sign indicating this whatsoever for people waiting in line. When asking whether I can get a small serving in a medium sized cup the staff member responded in a nonchalant, arrogant tone that it is not possible. Though the price difference between the two sizes in itself is quite significant, the principal of the matter is more important. Very disappointed.

we had such great service at Marcel's and the line was long i really was plesantly suprised to see that the guy operating the Till was aware that disabled persons dont que so we were served and i enjoyed that the place is wheelchair friendly

Quick and friendly service. Large variety of unusual flavors. I had caffe latte and cotton candy with crumbled fudge.

Marcel's Frozen Yoghurt Waterfront was dissapointing on the 14-12-2022. The weather was excruciating hot, my family and I wanted ice cream and never hesitated to purchase at Marcel's. The service was quick, however the frozen yoghurt tasted as if it went sour, like sour acidic juice or any other dairy product that has expired. After receiving my change from the teller I told her this doesn't taste right your frozen yoghurt is off, she didn't look surprised all she said was oh sorry. Didn't offer a reimbursement or a replacement. Nothing of the sort and this was dissapointing. It was too hot to make a scene however the fact that she was aware of it was poor on the professional side of business and ruined the mood of the day setting.
