Absolutely disappointed with the condition of the change rooms, shower area and steam room. It’s unhygienic and it seems as though there is no one cleaning up. There is a terrible odour in the steam room. Masking it with eucalyptus oil is not going to help anyone. Where are all the staff members? Unfortunately I will have to move gyms. For the premium that I am paying I don’t think it’s acceptable at all. Oh and not to forget the monthly fee just went up.

Since VA workshop has been closed this is our new home.Secure parking, friendly staff,Now when it comes to Aerobic classes, you getting the best Instructors, who will leave you sweating and burning caloriesFair size pool. Because of social distancing not all epuiptment is available so sometimes your set routine does not go as smoothly as planned, but overall it's a wonderful place.

I attended an event on Friday and was harassed by a guard (blue shirt) who said that he worked for Virgin Active. As soon as I jumped off he told me that I need to show him my Virgin Active card or pay him R10 to R20. The security at the entrance didn't care when I spoke to him and this scam that is being run in the parking lot is disgusting.Happy to pay for parking through official channels so install a boom and pay machine or get rid of these crooks. Hope Virgin Active Kings Park steps up and does something because I wouldn't recommend anyone enter this facility only to be harassed.

this establishment could be a potential health hazard ~ one could become short of breath from the smell.hopefully no one gets hurt from the defective / half broken machines.can the manager please speak to the heavy lifters to please not only make space for others in specific zones but also to not scream ~ we aren’t in search of morning breath, it was already enough to deal with the current odour situation.kind regards
