There were no crowds, so the social distancing was on point. The staff is very helpful from the front security guy to the guy at the back of the store.And Game can always be trusted with their guarantees on their myriad of products. You'll find most stuff you're looking for. It's a one stop shopping solution. Highly recommended.

I really like it. It has a wide range of things as it's a department store. The customer service is very amazing as there is always someone to help you when you call for help. It's always clean and well arrange. It's easy to find what you are looking for. I am not giving it a 5 star because sometimes when there is a sale the products in stock finish very quickly thus not catering for other customers so Game should always have extra stock of most wanted products. Otherwise I'm happy and I love it. Good job!

This was once the best mall in the country, you can still find some good stores here, such as Game, @ Home, and all the top banks. However it looks like it Game City has lost its charm, and is slowly dying. Stores are closing and they are being replaced by small stores that sell low quality Asian electronics..

A one-stop-shop with everything one may fancy. Their prices are reasonable but you have to compare with their competition before buying as what's shown on special price may not necessarily be the cheapest on the market. They got top notch customer service though, and returns always accepted. A very good store with a good reputation. Only problem they have like most other stores, they put tempting unhealthy treats like sweets and chocolate along the aisle as you approach the tills.

This store first and foremost has no trolleys to do shopping. When speaking to the staff they have nothing to save. The queues are so long especially on Sunday. This belongs to the Walmart group but they are still more expensive than Spar and Pick and Pay. Appliances are also very expensive.

Poor shopping experience, massive queue, 6 or so tellers, queue easily 50 metres long, management should know peak times and adjust shifts accordingly. A real case of no competition and consumers are left with no choice but accept poor management and service delivery

Some genuinely helpful and friendly attendants. The customer service desk oddly enough was the most disorganised and borderline disrespectful part of the shopping experience. Some employees seemed like they did not enjoy working there and thus made the process very frustrating.

Amend you operating hours. They are misleading as you close at 1700hrs currently and train your security guards on engaging your customers...if they are not happy to be working right now release them to go sit at home. there are plenty of people who would be happy to have their jobs.
