I’m from the Netherlands and travelling in SA. I dropped in for The Open workout and had a great evening, thanks guys! The people were very inviting, friendly and supporting. Would definitely drop in again next time I’m in Langebaan :)

Crossfit incorporates a bevy of exercise styles that target both calorie burning and muscle building .I'm so impressed with Crossfit Langebaan as I moved here form Gauteng.No I'm part of one AWESOME team.
