Had my two mini yorkies groomed there and had an overall good experience. The lady was very accommodating, helped me by working over closing time by 30 mins. She was so helpful,.and the prices were reasonable.

They took care of our cat twice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile. My cat came home relaxed and not traumatized at all, despite a long journey from Cape Town and not being in her comfort zone. Thank you so much. We will bring her back in future if the need arises again.Cannot recommend them enough.

The website is very deceptive. My 2 yorkies were put in a dark room with only a little bit of light coming from the gate/ door. When I picked them up there was so much urine everywhere they were wet and stank of urine. Their pillows stank as a result. They had no water bowl and were extremely thirsty when they got into the car. They had left another dogs medication in my dogs container . One wonders if the medication was given correctly. Needless to say I will not be taking them back again.

My Bouv mix is treated with the greatest kindness when grooming and the groomer takes his time with her. My rescues boarded there have been treated really well and shown loads of love and kindness. Good and kind people at this establishment. ♡
