Starting off as a voice over artist I researched my options for Acoustic Panels. Genesis Acoustics have an excellent website and I emailed an enquiry over a weekend. First thing Monday morning Andrew contacted me and gave the professional advice I needed to make my decision. From the start of our correspondence to delivery of the panels Andrew kept me informed along the way as to progress, expected delivery date and confirmation of delivery. I am thrilled with the Acoustic Panels and equally thrilled with the outstanding service Genesis Acoustics provided.

In a word, Happy!. My 10kVA petrol generator was overbearingly loud and I needed a solution. After a long search and some failed attempts of doing it myself or trying other products, and one incident of being scammed out of some money for something that never delivered, I contacted Genesis Acoustics.They are knowledgeable in what they are doing. The service was professional and fast. The solution works a lot better than I expected. My generator has gone from being the noisiest on the block to the quietest. The solution installed is much more aesthetically pleasing than the generator standing by itself. 3

I am impressed with the total service by this company. After seeing their website, I got in touch with them. They quickly sent me more information about their product offering. After the installation, there were issues with the generator overheating because the canopy's hot air take-off was not sufficient. They however stayed with the problem, on a pro-active basis, until it was solved. Although not cheap, I am impressed with the quality of the sound-proof canopy and looking forward to many moons of quieter usages.

The company offers generator soundproofing boxes, and has been pushing adverts on Facebook. On enquiring further for a soundproofing solution for my own private home generator, I almost fell off my chair at the price, almost R42k for a small to medium generator. Rather save the money and invest it towards solar power, and do with the noise for the meantime, or look at doing your own DIY option.Response to response:Yeah but R42k though?? For businesses and complexes etc ok, but for the Average Family Home that's an insane price... This review maybe unusual" but hopefully it will spur your product development department to develop an affordable option for the Average Family Home that doesn't impact on your product quality and services

Good service and customer relations.Given my busy schedule they followed up and delivered timely. Also the product was the quality I needed, serves the purpose well allowing a pin drop silent room, exactly as planned.

Installed their LF125 - 100mm rockwool panels - wall and ceiling into a 15m x 5m generator plant room with significant improvement in external sound levels. Panels are well manufactured, can be cut to size with a utility knife.

Received really great service from the Genesis Acoustics team. The engagement was really professional, from the site visit, to proposing alternative solutions, to keeping me in formed on the progress of the project. Installation was neat and tidy and on time.The solution has also made a big difference in making a noisy generator, something we can now live with.All in good all, a very satisfying experience and money well spent.

I had to get my bedroom window replaced with a Soundproof window and the team was fantastic from start to finish - always available on email/phone when i had tons of questions, open to explaining the whole process to me and then ensuring everything was organised before installation. The team that installed this complicated window were gracious, polite and kind - and very efficient. All in all a great company and team and would highly recommend.

Genesis did an excellent job providing expert advise and service to sort out our noise problem. DIY would not have been possible. Highly recommended.
