I would never recommend this company to anyone, Very bad customer service, I had made a payment from then I emailed them the POP,waited for hours for them to reconnect my wifi, I later then decided to call them but they kept on referring me to another person whom was also unavailable, worse part is that they don't even try to listen when explain your issues

Not even sure if it is worth one star. I had so much drama with Satsoft over the past 2 weeks. I ended my services with Satsoft, they still debited my account after giving my month notice. I asked them to come and collect my equipment, it took them 2 weeks after I have ended my services with them, I've been struggling for the past 2 weeks for them to put the debit order money back into my account, with the credit amount because they got the equipment back. Promises have been made but do not seem to keep to the promises at all. Super unprofessional service. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very bad signal can't even download a mere picture and getting billed every month goes for hours without any internet n yet gets debited

The service was good until they charged us for the month where we weren't using it (we had no internet / we did not pay). Their reasoning: We didn't inform them that they switched the connection off...?!?! I'm disappointed.
