If I can rate anything less than 1 star, I would do.I've made multiple calls and getting dropped, redirected no help at all.Went there in person only to be told to leave my details and neva received any communication. To date I'm awaiting a quote !!!Terrible!!!!

Waiting 3 weeks to get a workshop manual, after they sold me parts that took 3months to get here. Ask them for torque setting, they not allowed to give it to me, had to buy a manual for 5k. Truck us standing now 6 months because of the bad service.

Im so frustrated in Cummins non existing service in Cape Town. Parts Service non existing. Emails do not get responded to, phone calls, you do not get helped even holding on for 30min. Trying to complain to Manager is also hopeless, he just say his hands is tied and can not assist.

Absolutely shocking service. No Answer in any department. Waiting for finance to call back more than a week to change COD account 30 days. Waiting to get invoice to pay for to get tech on site 3 weeks and stil nothing. Calling every morning to just hear the same story.No customer service. Dont know how they do bussiness.

Very, very poor service lately!! Sent a few emails for spares required. After 1 month, no reply to mails. Called in a few times. Calls dropped or put on hold. Thursday I went in to Cummins. I waited 3 hours for my quotes and spares. I was told it is because of a new computer system they are using, lack of human resources and low supply of stock. Something is seriously wrong!! Sad thing, there are so many Cummins machines about and it's a good engine! What do we do??

After Being agent for cummins , i cannot believe how there current parts department work... there parts department are completely useless.. never answer phones, never respond to emails, parts given incorrect ..even tho engine and vin numbers are supplied.It is sad to see how cummins CT has gone down the drain due to either a lack of training or very bad management.
