Hotel @ Tzaneen

Hi, I think there are a number of issues that should be looked at, it is my second time stay in the hotel since 2018 or 2019 until recently. So my recent stay has been very unpleasant, I made a request that am traveling from GP to the hotel and would arrive sometime late. Arrived around 11 at night, being a light sleeper, was given the worst possible room that is next to the generator. I mean since I arrived late and I would spent a limited time, the least they could have done, place me very far from the generator so that i can rest peaceful, I spent literally half the night awake because of the loudest generator. It's literally in front of the door, wow what an unpleasant experience. This is my last stay here, I might as well slept under the bridge. Its no difference, am sorry the staff could have used their common sense, I doubt if they have experienced the problem otherwise it is not a good thing to give that room to anyone, Room 50. Imagine if I had to be in a virtual meetingDuring the day. Aowa this was a low point. Restaurant also can improve their breakfast menu. It is one of the simplest things to do, create an amazing breakfast experience. Am so not okay.

The service is great. The rooms are clean and the beds are so warm and comfortable. Of course, the hotel is located at a perfect location and easy to navigate.

I booked a standard room and they gave me a loft. I went back to ask them to rectify the error and spitefully so she put me just in front of the generator. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night as I could not fall asleep. Never again will I make this place my choice. Horrible

The hotel is clean but doesn't give the hotel vibes its more of a guest house level than a hotel one why would I need pots and stove in a hotel I fairly rate it a two and half stars

They look very neat an accommodative,so I never went room by room but you can see from outside that you won't doubt taking a rest in one of their Room

Great location centrally located and 15 min from most attractions, good service. Only negative is the entrance!!! Too many pot holes, this detracts from the quality of the establishment.

The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding are is calm and peaceful. The food is amazing and they offer a wide variety. The downside of the hotel, is that geyser was cold most of the time, which might be due to construction in some areas of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone
