Waste of Time. Made arrangements with husband to drop off Printer out the front and to leave my name and phone number so they could let me know what Im up for. When I get there wife comes out with a different story and wants my credit card details. I said I would pay once the jobs done she refused and then tried to argue I didnt have arrangements with husband to just drop off printer!!! Couldnt trust them after that grabbed my printer and got out of ther!!!

Lasertronics absolutely exceeded my expectations. I called them for a printer repair and had a technician over the next morning. Carl even found me a replacement printer after finding it would cost more than it was worth to fix. A buisiness which prouds itself on customer service and satisfaction. I would definitly recommend them to family and freinds, and call them again in the future.

Lasertronics are amazing! I highly recommend them. Their service was so quick, efficient, professional and friendly.I had a big issue with my fairly new business printer which I use daily, so the inconvenience of not having it working was massive. Lasertronics arranged for me to drop off and had it working within 24hours of my call!!! This level of service is unheard of. It made my life so much easier and they have now gained a loyal customer for the future. Thank you Lasertronics.

Carl & Ruth from Lasertronics took me from a dead printer to a brand new, sparkling new Espon for my home office in just 36 hours ! Once my old printer was pronounced dead I was worried it would take me 3 weeks to get a new one from the Eastern States with huge freight costs to go with it but Carl & Ruth gave me great advice, were so helpful, very prompt and got me a great printer at a fantastic price. I would give 12 stars if I could :)
