I ordered my jars two days back. Called the lady to confirm my order and she said she ddnt see the email then i told her I would quickly send again after the call. I sent an email and she highlighted that they will get back to me the following day .The day came and i still ddnt receive any email from them and i had to call AGAIN. The lady told me she can't assist me as she is busy with admin work and she promised to reply me when she is done...I STILL HAVE NOT GOT ANY EMAIL FROM THEM...POOR SERVICE !!!!

Quality products at an affordable price. Tougieda the sales assistant is amazing as well she is patient, efficient and responsive! I once had an issue with my courier collecting from their company they held on my parcel - Tougieda called as well to inform me on when they collected etc. It was a pleasant experience from Purple Line Plastics' side. Thank you for the great service!

Good products but very inefficient. One lady runs the show and is inundated. I am an old customer but no answer to calls and emails. Very disappointed. I deal with all major packaging companies and I'm afraid this one rates the worst in terms of communication. Please answer your emails. Those are orders I want to send.
