Dr. Jacky was so lovely and gentle with my elderly cat.Performed all the necessary blood work to check her kidney, heart, and liver before administering the needed shots for my cat's respiratory infection.Will definitely call on Hout Bay Veterinary surgery in future.

Always friendly and helpful - my dog loves the staff and the many treats they give him when we visit! Great with our cats too (although they aren’t ever as thrilled to be at the vet as the dog)

What a joke!I made an appointment, the receptionist specifies 14:20 on the phone. I arrive just before the scheduled time only to be told that the appointment was for 14:10 and the vet is no longer available.How ridiculous and what pathetic service! Was my first booking and will definitely not make another! There are much better vets out there.

Jono and team were very sympathetic and caring when my dog passed away. I couldn't ask for a better vet. I received my dogs cremation last week in a beautiful box and card, I was touched.
