Vodacom Shop Repairs Garden Route

This store is pathetic! I ordered a watch and nobody can tell me when it will be in store. The manager don't even look up from his computer when he talks to you. Just keep saying it's on it's way. Really pathetic. He must learn how to work with customers. Or get someone else who wants to work there.

I called like 9 times phone is ringing but no answer i called vodacome care it was the same i was forced to drive to Garden Route mall but the service is absolutely pathetic.

My personal experience with the staff from this vodacom outlet has been exceptional. They have always been very helpful, have kept me in the loop and even when Vodacom (the company) had given me serious issues, the staff has always tried to resolve the issue as best and capable as they could. The service is friendly and professional.

Useless, they are a phone company but after 30 phone calls they still don't pick up the phone.

Absolutely the single most pathetic service experience in my lifetime. 4 weeks after placing an order I still can't get a still can't get an honest answer as to the status of my order. Read the reviews before wasting your time with this store.

The manager admitted that he couldn't solve my problem, but did absolutely nothing but send me back to online support. They can't solve my problem, so I'm stuck. I can't use my banking app or website, but it's not vodacom's fault! No ways, they are worthless. I hate this company, don't sign a contract with them, if you have issues they will NOT help!!!!

I have bought a Samsung s22+ early last year at Vodacom George in the Garden Route Mall.About a month after that the phone started to overheat, switch off when I charge it. It overheated so bad that it melted the protection cover at the back.I took it back around August to Vodacom, George. They then apparently ordered parts for the phone, I did receive an SMS saying the phone is in for repairs, but after about a month I went back, just to be told they haven't ordered the parts. Wiehann, one of the sales personnel, then said he will order a new battery. They did replace the battery, but one of the technicians then broke the back cover. I stated that I needed to go to Johannesburg and they said they will order a new back cover before that, which never happened. I came back after 2 months and they replaced the back cover. They didn't glue it well so the back cover fell off. Nevertheless now I have a phone that is still overheating and with no back cover. I went back again on the 21st Feb 2023 where Wiehann said he will arrange for my phone to be backed up and sent in for repairs, I am still waiting. Went in today again! No one there can assist me, I have asked if they can atleast glue the back part back!It is the worst service from Vodacom! I work from my phone and can't afford it to go in for repairs for such a long time!Waiting for a response

They do not answer their phones consistently. I have to wait for several minutes for them to answer. They also do not return calls as promised

It's such a pity there is no 0" stars to be given. I dealt with three DIFFERENT salespeople at this store. Notwithstanding the utterly USELESS "Let's talk" booklet that advertises products that have been out of stock for months (apparently) - the store salespeople lack any customer service skills

Been calling them all week to find out if my phone has arrived as I live out of town and they have answered their phone maybe 4 out of 30 times. Absolutely pathetic!
