Out of stock on basic iteams, plumbing section has staff who do not seem eager to help as iteams have to be requested over the count.

I like to remind a person who answered the calls.. You must sound professional even if you do know that the caller might located on a rural area.. That's including Managers servicing our local stores.. They have to remember that's it's not tuck shops.. Customer service must be on point no matter the location of the business.

Good service just that I bought a frame on Monday and Tuesday I wanted to buy glasses. The guy refused to help me because I did not have a measurement and took the sample of the frame I bought and still he refused and he was rude
