I bought still water that has a best before 23/05/2022 and sandwich with a rotten tomato and the egg I couldn't even eat my whole meal, they must think about our health

SHOPRITE EMOYENI MALL. NELSPRUIT. THEY HAVE BAD SERVICE, THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.This place is managed by people who are not compitated on customer care. On 2020-12-04, at about 17H00. I went to buy food at the above Shoprite Emoyeni mall. I've received a poor among poorest service from the Cashier, the name of the Cashier was Nothando Manzini. I've bought lots if grocery for December. The was NO till packer to assist me. When I ask the Cashier about till packet. I was answered in rude way, i didn't want to create a scene. I was forced to pack it by my self. When I done, I've trayed to inform the frontline supervisor, also I didn't get a proper assistant, what frustrate me the most, was that the store Manager was also the, he didn't assist me with anything.I DON'T KNOW WHY, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE MOST OF THE SHOPRITE EMPLOYEES ARE HAVING ANGER OR THEY ARE HAVING BAD ATTITUDE. ESPECIALLY THE CASHIERS. If you want to have a bad day. Go to Shoprite Emoyeni mall store, you will be disappointed. They don't know anything about customer service, they do as they like. Especially those cashiers. They don't open all tills if it's bissy, you find that, 5 tills are operating while other 15 of them, are closed. At the tills a long line will be found, while the managers are bissy talking.Look at the pictures, the is no till Parker's. I WAS FORCED TO PACK MY GROCERY. USING THE STORE, EACH AND EVERY MONTHS, IS A DISGRACE, I HATE THE WAY THEY OPERATE.

Rude cashier. Lindiwe who's a cashier doesn't understand customer services and should be taken back to training she rude and not willing to help customers.
