It's really unacceptable to wait over 2 hours for delivery. Called the call center and still waiting for feedback 30 minutes later. You deserve no star for such service.

During covid they do not wash hands. You pay for pizza and then they use that same hands to work on food. I asked for my money back

An hour later, my single pizza hasn't arrived despite even leaving a tip when placing order.After 3 minutes of holding on the phone, they just hang up.No food, no service and out of pocket.

The pizza is terrible for the price im paying. Its dry with no filling inside the tripple decker. Maybe if the actually put something inside the pizza people would support the place more. Horrible price to pay for a hand full of mince and 10 cubes of polony on a 'meaty' pizza. So disappointed. As I can only edit this I want to say it is not about me but about the people ordering this expensive food with zero quality, witch i have evidence of to proof if you think i just want to complain for no reason.

We ordered our Pizza at 19h03,its 20h05,we stil havent received our Pizza, ladies are chatting and Lolling,one is busy constantly checking her fone, no one comes and comfort us customers, and tell us whats the delay. Worst experience ever! The date 26/03/2021

Hadn't not bought from this store for some time as their service was always extremely poor. Have opted to rather go to Romans. Today I thought to give them a try again. Confirmed again that this is close to the worst Debonaires. Placed online order, waited 10 minutes. Took the 10 min drive to the store and still waited 15 minutes for my order.Rude staff

Absolutely the worst debonairs in SA. Waiting more than an hour for 3 pizzas, with only 4 other customers in the shop. Food is kak. I think the box the pizza comes in has a better personality than the sales clerk. They dont greet, they mumble, they act as if they are doing you a favor. Will never support delmas debonairs again. Romans just across the road, much better service!Bet you im im going to get one of those copy and paste responses to follow a link. Forget my details, sort out your business, unless you are happy to run a mediocre business just like the rest of the delmas restaurant
