Looking to waste your time on a weekend? Look no further!!After going into upgrade to the iPhone XR - which is advertised all over the store, they 'couldn't find it on the system'. Finally once they found it, they are unable to give pricing based on my requirements. To top it off - they finally check only to say they don't have stock.Nice to know my hard earned money that I pay diligently every month for years goes absolutely nowhere.Textbook Vodacom!

The worst customer service i have ever seen , staff dont care they are all busy on the phone with their pravate affers so you have to wait and just listen to their conversation, dont go to this store try another one am sure as wont be coming back here

Did my upgrade in November to a Huawei mate 20 pro as it was a pre order for a one of the first in the country i was assured a smart watch with it but had to wait for the watch since it would be delivered later on.3months later after assuring me every now and then that they are just waiting for the rep to bring the product i get told that i wasnt one of the first 500 clients and didnt quality for the watch in the end? So they said i would recieve a package with other promotional items in to say sorry for about a month now that im assured nearly every week to arrive and after getting back to the shop for a 3rd unrelated matter (which is just as upsetting) i get told that the package did come but someone gave it away to someone else. Time to step away from this circus i suppose

Incredibly incompetent staff... Had to go back 4 times within the space of 2 days just to apply for a SIM card.Go anywhere else... And I mean anywhere.

My problem was simple. An insurance claim. For some reason I visited the shop on 4 different occasions as each consultant gave me different advice regarding a claim and had to return. It has now been 2 weeks since my claim has been submitted and when following up this morning they have no idea who I am and cant recall anything about my claim. AVOID THIS SHOP if you want your problem RESOLVED timeously.

Reason I rated this one star,I went to Thavhani Mall to buy a phone cash and within an hour I returned it to the store again but they didn't allow me to do exchange nor allow me to take refund..I don't understand because the terms and conditions say I have the right to return the phone in 7 days..they gave me bad service and also refuses me to see the manager..I'm still not happy about the features of this phone I'm forced to use it the rest of my life..

Took my grandmother for a sim swap. We were next in line but then the young lady behind the counter started having a personal conversation with a friend of hers who came in from next door shop for a chat...completely ignoring us as we stood in fron of her....Until I asked if she was on the job! It does seem as though Vodacom customer care is as bad as their network

Very bad service. No technician. Tablet in for repair (still under guarantee) for 3 weeks without feedback.
