Don't waste your time with these clowns. I had an accident 6 days ago. My vehicle is at their premises for a quote / assessment to be either repaired or written off. After the go ahead from both my broker and the insurer they still haven't done an assessment. They are so afraid that they won't be asked to carry out the repairs that they are blatantly refusing. Absolutely no work ethic. They won't touch my vehicle after this.

Horrible service and a bunch of thieves.Car has been standing at the workshop for over 3 weeks and nothing has been fixed even though claim was made serval weeks ago.Stole items from our car. No communication at all and we're wasting our petrol to drive through to see if they've stolen anything else.This company has been a nightmare

My son had to wait 5 month for his car to be repaired after an accident. During this 5 months his car was bumped into by another car in the workshop and had hail damaged aswell. They called him to fetch his car for the first time after 3 and a half month. When he said that there was still a scratch on the back door from the original accident, the man gave him a little bottle with paint and told him to just do some touch up the next day at home. His battery had no problems before the accident but wouldn't hold charge when he finally got the car back... ...

Waiting for 4 plus weeks for spares for my daughter s Golf 6. Unacceptable. Very little feedback. Left messages to return my calls but Fanie does not call me.

This is the worst experience i have ever had with a panel beater will not recommend them at all 8 weeks to order a bumper for a toyota Corolla and always the same excuse we are waiting for parts seems they are waiting for part and they don't ever call you back and you are lucky if they answer there phone how they become a recommended panel beater of discovory is beyond me

Highly NOT recommended, shocking workmanship, poor attitudes and unethical. How they even made it on Outsurance's panel of approved repairers is beyond me. Hopefully the Motor Industry Ombudsman will be able to assist after reporting my situation.

NuWagon is the worst bodyshop ever. My car has been sitting there since the 16th January, today is the 16th February, they have been waiting for light bulb" for 3 weeks now. Both Outsurance and |Nuwagon lost a customer"

Please take a picture of your petrol gauge before leaving your vehicle here to hold them accountable for petrol theft, which is a common occurrence with this business . Insurances should cut ties with Nu Wagon until they refund clients with their petrol and put stricter policies in place to avoid the theft of fuel from customers' vehicles . This panel beater needs to be investigated. This is unacceptable and unprofessional .

This company has employees who are thieve's,they towed my vehicle on Friday and on Monday,I went to fetch my vehicle only to found out that some parts are damaged more n some parts are missing,the petrol was drained .

Had a very bad experience. My Landrover was driven (returned) with the handbrake engaged ruining the brakes. After having the vehicle for months, they delivered it without anything being done. Obviously the car was only standing there because after delivery the battery was flat and no repairs whatsoever was done. They claimed the damage to the handbrake was because of wear and tear ignoring the fact that it was thier driver who did not release the handbrake causing the damage. New damage was evident on the right rear fender as well as the vehicle was dirty and obviously neglected. Numerous phone calls while the vehicle was there they claimed to be waiting for parts only to be informed that the parts were to expensive. They are hopeless/useless, I would not recommend them at all.
