Beaurain Venue

Beautiful venue, great food, professional staff. Acoustic's is horrible and the ventilation need attention.

We worked at Beaurain for the first time yesterday and WOW what an absolute pleasure. Not only is it a beautiful venue but the amazing and friendly assistance from the co-ordinator towards all vendors (us included) was just fantastic. Thank you so much for being welcoming and helpful. Stunning venue and absolutelydeliciousfood!!! The staff during the wedding were great as well.Unfortunately, the lake in front of the venue was (is) dry - nobody mentioned that beforehand and the acoustics in the hall is horrible - really need an over the top sound setup to compensate for it.

Very nice venue and all the food was superb. Very friendly lady (Ouma) went out of her way to look after the grandmothers. Thank you. Some staff needs training in pouring wine though. . A barman rolled his eyes when we had to go back to the table to get the cards pin number from my sister. . . A young waitress yawned from when she was summoned until the moment she bent over to hear what we required. . These might seam trivial, but not what one expected from this class of venue. Most waitron were very friendly and helpfull. . One last suggestion would be to provide more shade outside, it was very hot being in the sun for such a long time. Worth a mention - stunning sunset.

What a hidden gem just outside Heidelberg. This is an awesome venue! It was some of the best food I have ever had at a wedding! The staff are very friendly with great service. The management was visible throughout the day and always lending a hand. I would love to visit again.
