Dr is fine but very rude and uncaring guy at the front office. Totally rotten attitude. He sat chatting on the phone and ignored me like a plague. What in the world???

The receptionist lady is plain rude. I received horrible service from the nurse who drew my blood. I am unhappy because she inflicted so much pain on me while drawing my blood. There was loadshedding on the 14th of April 2023 at 15:45 so I had to use my phone’s flashlight to assist her in seeing what she was doing. To top it all off, she was having a conversation on the phone while drawing my blood thus inflicting more pain. She was well aware of that. I am truly disappointed and livid with the service I received from her.

Dr Ringane & his associates doctors always give excellent service. I am disappointed with the service offered by the nurse. They are so unprofessional. After seeing a doctor, she ordered a test that a nurse had to administer. She made us wait for over 40 minutes with my sick child saying she's on lunch. I even left without taking that test.

I went to see a doctor with various sickness and the doctor, checked my BP, didn't advise later if it's high or low, checked my urine and still didn't advise on anything, the doctor seemed so impatient like he just want to get rid of me. I paid R 350 and the doctor only gave me less than 3 minutes of his time and again he was forever on the phone and didn't any attention to me. Even the sickness I had that made me to see the doctor, I ended up having to go to the Chemist and money again to get the help that I need because the meds that he gave me I already had it at home and tried it and didn't work that is why I had to see the doctor. I'm so disappointed with his way of working like he's doing me a favor even though I paid for the service not rendered. I could hardly ask more questions about the course of my sickness and how can i prevent it in the future ..... The service was BAD. It was not about the sick leave. I was sick.....and they were quick to claim from my medical aid....

I can't say I received bad service but my first sonar scan experience was the worst, the ultrasound was soo unclear, I could not see anything including the pictures given to me. The way it was so bad I'm not even sure how that lady got to determine the gender. I'm not happy with what I have honestly
