Upon arrival at 20h20pm I stood at the entrance for almost 2 hours calling Matthew with no response. I used the hooter and the guest woke up and came outside, we tried calling Matthew with no luck. About 50 minutes after I left the premises I received an sms from Matthew sayin I must cancel the booking, he didn't even show remorse. I wont be going there any more. And even now I haven't received my refund. Never experience such an experience in my life. Very bad

Comfortable and homely. Friendly owners and beautiful suburb. Had a really pleasant stay. With shops close by even getting groceries was a pleasure and a breeze

For the price range, you can't ask for more.Super clean, neat, safe and quiet location, conveniently located close to the gym, and various shops.The rooms comes with wifi, Netflix, aircon and much more.The overall service and quality is for the price range is superior.

I messed Martin around, cancelling and booking and had to re book again. Not once did he get annoyed and accomodated me late at night after my son's op. So clean and homely. Loved it

I came here for a short stay and I am blown away. Nestled in the quiet suburb of Queenswood lies this gem of sheer pleasure. We were embraced in an immaculate room with beautiful finishes, the staff is friendly and the interiors boast a modern fresh touch that one appreciates. I will come back without a doubt!
