Food was good. But their Q-Skip is awful. Ordered food for pickup via Q-Skip for 17h55 and only got it at 18h25 - one tiny window and one person handling pickups for all delivery and pick up orders.

Very bad clientele service. Workers does not know how to speak to clients. I'm very upset with how they address there clients , as we stupid. I quote her words aunty on the phone " when she didn't even call out my number . KFC really need to work on this because after all we human there's ways to treat to people . This happening happened on 01 May 2023"

Honestly the worst experience in my life. How does a fasting family have to wait 3 hours after they break their fast for food to arrive. It's just ridiculous no care for the customers. You can't even call the store because they just put the phone off.

Last night I was at the store in Vangate and I am very dissappointed, firstly I had to wait long for my food, when I got home instead of a double crunch burger I got a single burger but paid for a double crunch burger, the family meal from 199.99 I was suppose to get a large fries instead I received half a of a small one, very angry and I will not visit that store in the near future.

Just ordered R570's worth food from this establishment...im at a loss for words...really this manager needs proper training or atleast be replaced...soggy chips tasteless oily chicken and half zinger patties on the burgers! Utterly atrocious...are you guys rationing?
