I had torn my ACL and began my pre habilitation with Amy. She made sure that I was ready before my op and had gained the necessary strength in my knee and surrounding areas. After completion of my op, I started my post op rehab and once again, she got me back to my feet without the use of crutches and I’m feeling great. David has also been working with me weekly and I’ve never felt better since my injury. Highly recommend Joburg Physio and Bio to anyone who’s been through an injury. They’re incredible !

I have been using NHC Physio and Bio off and on for many years. The facilities are spotless and well equipped. Bash and Rosanne helped me prepare for a race after a knee op. I really couldn't have done it without them . It makes a difference having people who understand your goals and are patient and help you achieve them . Really recommend the entire facility. Absolutely superb care and service with a high degree of professionalism from Bash and team.Knowledgeable, helpful and super impactful on the rehab and related treatment received following my ACL injury.The support, advice and treatment that I received, all the way from reaching out shortly after the injury, to pre-surgery and most specifically the post surgery rehab which has led to the rapid improvement and progress of my recovery.I would undoubtedly recommend this practice to everyone, weather a sports injury or otherwise.

I'm go to the biokineticist. I still struggle to say it. And I still struggle to last a full session. And it helps, a lot. The Admin" part of your exercise routine. And this dedicated team has helped me reach the dizzying heights of being an average runner and regular badminton player. But this was post snapping my achilles; perspective. They also do amazing work with my two boys. At 11 and 14 years old

Stuggled for 10 months with my daughter's sport injury. Eventually landed up with Basheer (Physio) and Carly (Bio). So happy tbat it got sorted within a very short time. If I could turn back time they would have been my very first stop. They are fantastic!!!!
