Shoprite Milnerton

i am trying to get a hold of your customer service department as the service I received today from Avuyile from the butchery was just awful and needs to be attended to,this is not the first time dealing with this individual and she always a bad attitude.I want to know your standards of service because I know for a fact that shoprite does train its staff,I want your Regional managers number or email because this behavior is unacceptable and it makes the rest of the team to look bad and i will not allow the whole team to suffer because of 1 rotten apple,how does someone get upset because i asked for a kilo of Mince?is this not her job?then she talks about me to her colleague as if i am a dog or something

I shop here often for the last 30 years. I find most of my essential groceries here for reasonable prices.

Very busy and plz check ur till slip lots of talking amongst the workers in front instead of concentrating on the customers to much information sharing between the cashier and packers overall store is neat and must go when not very busy

1 of my workers always bought these viennas but the 1st pack he took it was smelling awesome.He reported it to a gentleman on the floor with the Shoprite uniform,the gentleman said sorry sir i'm busy i have no time to assist you.MMHM hello the goods is reeking.We reported it to the front desk at the kiosk.

At Shoprite Milnerton you get friendly, expert service. They are high up on higiene and therefore they clean the baskets and trolleys thoroughly. It is a pleasure to support Shoprite Milnerton, because you get the very best service and produce for a good price.

I must say the the prices is very good

Our favourite place to shop. The store is well kept and always clean, there is a variety of items available and we can usually get everything we need from our shopping list.Lots of fresh produce, the bakery has amazing breads and all kinds of snacks are available.We also noticed such a drastic price difference from other stores, saving so much with every shop

The store is well stocked overall. Butchery is clean. Conveniently located with lots of free parking. The staff is not very friendly and considerate. What I really did not like is the way trolleys full of boxes are left in narrow ailes and customers cannot get the trolley past. That is just disrespectful. At the till points while walking out I nearly tried over a basket that was put right there on the floor in front of me. The basket was to cover something spilled. It should have been cleaned up. This store is a great example of bad customer service and unfriendliness of staff towards customers.

Please people do not send your pensioner parents to Shoprite Milnerton. The store manager feels they can go to pick and pay too
