Useless management at this garage.Rude and so are the employees that work for Sasol pinehaven

Good dayI was at the Sasol Pinehaven on Friday 24 April around 18h00 and bought some cold drink and ice creams. At the till along with my items I asked for R200.00 quick pick Powerball lotto which I had cash to pay for.The lady named Lizzy was extremely rude by saying I must go stand in the queue outside the shop. When I asked her why she said lotto tickets are only sold from the window outside the shop where the petrol attendants pay for customer fuel.This made absolutely no sense to me seeing as I was already inside the shop and it would have take less than a minute to assist me. After a brief exchange of words Lizzy blatantly ignored me and continued to assist the next customer. That is when I decided I was going to report this and proceeded to take the photo attached.I phoned the shop on Saturday morning at 25 April and spoke to Brad to whom I reported the indecent.As a resident of Heritage Heights Estate myself & my wife are regular customer of Sasol Pinehaven, but I will instead consider the Sasol outlet just a few 100 meters down the road if this is the type of customers service myself and the other residence in the area can expect form the Sasol Pinehaven outlet.Regards,Hennie Ludick

Friendly staff that patiently explained their rewards program and assisted us with registering for said program.

Is a well situated establishment and fine place to refuel your vehicle or just to grab a quick bite .

Racist petrol atendants. Last night 4 petrol attendants sat and looked me in the eye and clearly decided to not help me. After two minutes of waiting i decided to call them and told them how lazy and useless they were . Will never support this place again.
